Responsibilities

• Stay informed on inventory, expenses, and profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Maintain security and prevent theft with Asset Protection.
• Communicate inventory movement to District Sales Manager.
• Monitor marketing plans and customer trends.
