Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Gonzales, Texas to lead daily operations and a team while ensuring excellent customer service and regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold the store image and performance goals.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, training, and strong communication with corporate management. A background in retail and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities and working in the described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
