Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Proficient computer use for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide performance feedback in writing.
• Ensure timely communication across the team with regular meetings.
• Organize site files and ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Protect cash and financial integrity and perform related analyses.
