Circle K is hiring a Store Manager for our Bloomingdale, IL location. You will lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in line with Circle K standards.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to supervise teams while maintaining safety and financial controls. Daily duties include scheduling, reporting, and collaborating with suppliers and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train employees delivering excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals in writing.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and organization of files.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and margins.
• Work indoors with possible outdoor site tasks and maintain operations.
