• Ensure hours of operation are covered and support recruiting.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage store financials and communicate goals to associates.
• Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers on best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain store image.
• Unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
