Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting & valid vehicle insurance (Required).
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure hours of operation are covered and recruit/retain staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
• In charge of store financials and collaboration with District Manager.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees and foster growth.
• Recruit potential candidates and assist in hiring.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and communicate sales goals to staff.
• Unload deliveries and keep shelves stocked.
