Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years’ experience working in a retail environment (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance (Required).
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all hours of operation are covered; recruit to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
• Responsible for store financials and sales performance.
• Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing development for career growth.
