Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in a retail environment.
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings; valid vehicle insurance.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store merchandise and fuel sales and achieve budgeted store expectations.
• Schedule flexibility essential; may include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Teach and emulate proper customer service and suggestive selling techniques.
• Communicate sales and profitability goals to store associates and provide feedback.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Manage customer issues and conflicts professionally.
• Unload deliveries, organize merchandise, and keep shelves stocked.
