Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years’ Experience working in a retail environment (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance (Required)
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing employees and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring hours of operation are covered; recruiting to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide excellent customer service; set a friendly tone.
• In charge of store financials.
• Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing development for performance and growth.
