Bachman’s Plymouth is seeking a Store Manager to lead a mid-volume location, plan and execute all store activities, and drive sales and profit goals while modeling our Core Values. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' retail management experience.
• Associates degree in Horticulture.
• MNLA certification preferred or become certified within 3 years.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and build relationships with customers and staff.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Technical knowledge including POS systems, Windows, and Excel.
• Knowledge of merchandise and display.
• High energy level with strong leadership and motivation of staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance culture, motivating team to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Analyze sales reports and execute in-store business and sales strategies.
• Train and coach to ensure selling team is fluent in product knowledge.
• Drive store financial performance and control expenses with leadership team.
• Plan strategically and set goals, direction, and actions.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and staffing levels.
• Lead merchandising, stocking, and inventory disposition of product.
