Qualifications

• High School degree or GED completed.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supervisory role of 15+ employees preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willing to travel to other sites within territory.
• Reliable transportation and communication.

• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to standard.
• Attend meetings and trainings; conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; meet sales goals within budget.
