Job summary

Albion Fit is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Murray, UT to lead the sales floor, drive exceptional customer experiences, and grow a high-performing team. You will own daily store operations, manage shipments and merchandise presentation, and reinforce processes that ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

The role requires 2+ years in retail with leadership experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to inventory and staff development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Availability for morning and/or evening shifts, 5 days/week including at least one weekend.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and sales team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Manage shipments and inventory; maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Open/close procedures with punctuality; enforce safety and protocols.
• Develop relationships with customers and colleagues; follow up on purchases and events.
