Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Lead Supervisor to drive sales, lead an engaged team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Murray, UT store. You will implement company initiatives, coach staff, and analyze sales trends to optimize performance.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, leadership accountability, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing the competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and handle stockroom tasks as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and recommends actions to improve store performance.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, evaluating performance, and providing high-level training as needed.
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; enforces policies.
