Job summary

AT&T in Statesboro, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily operations, merchandising, and product launches while focusing on sales objectives and customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading a team of retail sales consultants, coaching for performance, and participating in off-site promotional events. Training is provided to develop leadership success and drive results.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn$47,500 - $71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
