Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in the United States (CA, San Mateo) seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, and coach a team of consultants. You will manage merchandising, product launches, and in-store experiences to ensure top-tier service and performance.

Your role includes leading outreach activities, coordinating promotions, and training staff to meet service and sales goals. A strong focus on leadership and results is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• 3+ years in sales or customer experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Previous management experience and the ability to coach a team.

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you'll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And, you won't be in this alone. We offer best in class paid training to set you up leadership success. You'll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our most successful Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Managers earn a base salary between $66,100 - $99,100 + $26,000 commission with a total target compensation of $92,100 - $125,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Our retail careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during stores busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. Store Managers are paid a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store's sales objectives.
