AT&T is seeking a Retail Store Manager-3 in San Mateo, CA to lead daily store operations, oversee merchandising and product launches, and drive sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, partner with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store walls, and participate in top-tier training to build leadership success.

Starting salary range is $66,100 to $99,100 with a $26,000 commission and total target compensation of

Our Retail Store Managers earn a base salary between $66,100 - $99,100 + $26,000 commission with a total target compensation of $92,100 – $125,100.
