Job summary

AT&T in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, mentor a team of retail sales consultants and ensure customers experience best-in-class service and solutions.

You’ll oversee merchandising, product launches and promotions, meet and exceed sales objectives, and conduct outreach events. You’ll coach staff, optimize schedules and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Job description

This position is listed in San Leandro, CA (Village Marketplace). Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And, you won’t be in this alone. We offer best in class paid training to set you up leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our Retail Store Managers earn a base salary between $66,100 - $99,100 + $26,000 commission with a total target compensation of $92,100 – $125,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Our retail careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during stores busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. Store Managers are paid a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store’s sales objectives.
