Job summary

AT&T inc. is seeking a retail leadership role in Union City, CA. You will oversee daily store operations, coach a team of sales consultants, drive merchandising, launches and sales targets to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will implement outreach, promotional activities, and participate in off-site events while benefiting from comprehensive paid training to become an effective store leader.

Qualifications

Job description

Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. Combine your retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And, you won’t be in this alone. We offer best-in-class paid training to set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Compensation

Base salary: $66,100 – $99,100, plus $26,000 commission. Total target compensation: $92,100 – $125,100. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training. Weekly hours: 40. Time type: regular.
