Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and drive sales in our Brentwood retail location. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and optimize store performance with strong leadership and strategic planning.

You will guide merchandising, product launches and promotions, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary between $57,000 - $85,600 + 18,000 commission with a total target compensation of $75,000 – $103,600.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $57,000.00 - $85,600.00 + commission $18,000.
