$14.70 to $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a plus). Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, leading and developing staff, recruiting top talent, maximizing financial goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing financial statements, asset protection, marketing, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, electronics, firearms, and more. The position offers a competitive wage plus performance bonuses, with actual pay depending on experience and location. Reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a customer-centric environment.
• Training staff to meet company standards.
• Recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• Opening and closing the store, managing cash and assets.
• Inventory management and loan oversight.
• Driving profitability through financial analysis and goal-setting.
• Ensuring operational standards are met.
• Monitoring loan processes for integrity.
• Communicating store goals and mission.
• Staying updated on product knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform extended physical tasks.
• Effective supervision skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations and weekends/holidays.
• 45+ hours/week, based on business needs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and office machines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
