About the Role:

Our General Managers take complete ownership of their store and are able to carry a sense of pride with their role. They oversee daily operations, set growth goals, and design strategies to achieve those goals. The primary responsibility is to build and lead a team/store to success, ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards for our custard.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven management experience in food service or related industry
• Responsible for all store operations and fostering a 'run it like you own it' mentality
• Mentor and develop assistant managers for promotion
• Effective communication via email and phone
• Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events
• Prioritize outstanding customer service
• Uphold company policies and values
• Hands-on role requiring physical work during all shifts
• Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic leader
• Lead by example, uphold high standards
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability, including nights and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive employment history with references

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional lifting up to 55 pounds
• Work at heights, using ladders or stairs
• Frequent use of POS and other equipment
• Repetitive motions and physical activity around fountain area
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
