Job summary

Mobilelink LLC in Champaign, IL is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, lead by example, coach the team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will manage inventory, roll out new products, and drive performance day in and day out.

You will oversee a dynamic team with a focus on inspiring sales, delivering exceptional service, and growing store success. Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and developing teams.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ yearof retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
