Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time role in the Omaha area. The position focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store profitability through strategic leadership and customer-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, setting clear direction aligned with company goals, and maintaining strong standards of integrity and performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

Salary Range

• From: $25.90


• To: $28.80
