Job summary

SalonCentric seeks a Store Manager for full-time leadership in Vacaville, CA. You will recruit, coach and develop staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage schedules, and oversee daily store operations.

You will drive sales, maintain product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth within SalonCentric and L'Oreal USA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

• From: $28.50
• To: $31.60
