Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is currently seeking a Store Manager for our Metairie, LA location. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

The role includes ongoing training on hair and beauty products, a generous benefits package, and growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA. Flexible hours and holiday observances are offered as part of a desirable schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities

Salary Range

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
