Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Store Manager in Omaha, NE to lead a high-performing team in a full-time role. You will drive customer service excellence, recruit and develop staff, and ensure profitable store operations while upholding SalonCentric values.

The position offers opportunities for growth within the L'Oreal USA family and generous benefits. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
