Job summary

SalonCentric, a premier wholesale distributor and a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Champaign, IL. You will lead a store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and manage daily operations while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and manage time effectively.
• Cosmetology license a plus, not required.
• High school diploma or GED; must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

• Builds a Great Team– You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing high performing teams that exceed customer expectations. Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
