An Ollie’s retail store manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire store. Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, profit goals, payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key initiatives.
• Exemplify Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service.
• Implement strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory management.
• Coach, train, evaluate, supervise, and schedule store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
• Ensure proper security of the store and company assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.
