Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA, seeks a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving retail environment. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive sales, and uphold service standards across the store.

You will guide daily operations, manage customer experiences, and ensure adherence to company goals and policies while fostering a positive work culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and outstanding customer service.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends as required by the schedule.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States full‑time; no immigration sponsorship.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
