Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure the store operates efficiently. You will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. You will serve as the primary contact for all store employees.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct observations and provide feedback to develop, train, and coach staff, ensuring timely completion of training.
  2. Resolve customer issues to enhance the customer experience and uphold the T-Mobile brand standards.
  3. Own the store’s success by managing staff needs, operations, staffing, marketing, and asset protection.
  4. Monitor store functions, sales, inventory, and implement new programs and initiatives.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate employees committed to building customer relationships and embracing the T-Mobile brand and technology.
  7. Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognition.
  8. Lead by example, staying informed about products, services, and leadership best practices.
  9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  10. Drive store productivity, manage expenses, and achieve financial KPIs.
  11. Use personalized performance management and celebrate achievements.
  12. Ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Education and Work Experience
  1. High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  2. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  3. 2-4 years management experience in retail sales (Required)
  4. 2-4 years sales and sales management experience (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  3. Experience in store management and operations
  4. Strong customer service skills
Licenses and Certifications
  1. Must be at least 18 years old
  2. Legally authorized to work in the United States

Travel required: No

Compensation

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $50,175 - $90,450. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. For specific pay details, click here.
