Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, select, and retain top talent.
- Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train store employees continuously.
- Create opportunities to develop team product knowledge.
- Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Manage and supervise retail staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Promote and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Guide the team to identify, recommend, and implement productivity improvements.
- Set clear performance expectations and train staff in sales, customer service, and operations.
- Communicate priorities and sales information effectively to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper stock levels and manage inventory and product ordering.
- Gain product knowledge and stay informed on launches and promotions.
- Build customer relationships to suggest relevant products.
- Meet or exceed sales and operational goals.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, staffing, and customer service.
- Assist customers and provide excellent service.
- Develop plans to maximize sales and performance results.
- Identify performance issues and collaborate with District Manager for solutions.
- Stay informed on company policies, directives, and initiatives.
- Implement programs to improve sales, service, operations, and branding.
- Spend most of the time on the sales floor engaging with customers and staff.
- Analyze sales and financial data for strategic decisions.
- Create marketing and promotional strategies to boost traffic and sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, recommending improvements.
- Work over 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications
