Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, select, and retain top talent.
  • Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train store employees continuously.
  • Create opportunities to develop team product knowledge.
  • Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Manage and supervise retail staff, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Guide the team to identify, recommend, and implement productivity improvements.
  • Set clear performance expectations and train staff in sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Communicate priorities and sales information effectively to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure proper stock levels and manage inventory and product ordering.
  • Gain product knowledge and stay informed on launches and promotions.
  • Build customer relationships to suggest relevant products.
  • Meet or exceed sales and operational goals.
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, staffing, and customer service.
  • Assist customers and provide excellent service.
  • Develop plans to maximize sales and performance results.
  • Identify performance issues and collaborate with District Manager for solutions.
  • Stay informed on company policies, directives, and initiatives.
  • Implement programs to improve sales, service, operations, and branding.
  • Spend most of the time on the sales floor engaging with customers and staff.
  • Analyze sales and financial data for strategic decisions.
  • Create marketing and promotional strategies to boost traffic and sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, recommending improvements.
  • Work over 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.
