Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and inviting environment.
• Process, accept, and transfer merchandise shipments between the different locations.
• Effectively display merchandise on the sales floor.
• Make sure the appearance of the store is clean and orderly.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and coupons.
• Effectively train new employees.
• Suggest up-sales when appropriate.
• Delegate tasks and supervise sales associates, as needed.
• This is a regular, full-time position with scheduled hours including days, nights, and weekends.
• Three to five years of retail experience is required.
• Medical benefits and paid time off are available to eligible associates.

• Candidates must be able to commute daily to Hilton Head Island. Relocation is not provided.
