Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) – Tanger Outlet Center

Overview:

Travelpro Luggage Outlet is a leading seller of high-quality Travelpro branded luggage, travel bags, and accessories. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Store Manager is to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Interested in learning about new travel trends and innovative products
• Results-driven with a desire to earn additional sales bonuses beyond a competitive wage

Responsibilities:

• Engage with and educate customers to help them select the best travel products for their needs
• Achieve and surpass daily and monthly sales goals
• Lead the store in the absence of the store manager
• Assist with opening and closing duties, maintaining an inviting store environment
• Complete daily tasks such as restocking and ringing up customers
• Collaborate with the team to foster a positive environment for customers and staff
• Adhere to our core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity
