George Washington Toma is seeking a driven Retail Store Manager to lead our East Weymouth, MA location, overseeing daily operations, inspiring a team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management, strong leadership and customer service abilities, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or assistant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team.
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and retail POS systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a positive shopping experience
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales floor impact
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
• Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols
• Analyze key retail metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
