Le Creuset Brentwood is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will develop a high-performing team, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold brand excellence through hospitality and product expertise.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as point-of-sale systems and handheld or laptop devices
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain active on the sales floor for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams
