You play an integral role in the store’s success as the liaison between the customer and the company. • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a positive work environment.

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
• Business Planning and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, implement strategies for growth, and communicate results to leadership.

The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For

• Management experience in a retail or hospitality service environment.
• Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, POS systems, and handheld/laptop devices).
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Physical ability to walk the sales floor for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
