FASHIONPHILE in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will balance business objectives with people leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

The role requires 5+ years in retail with leadership experience, strong coaching, and the ability to manage a dynamic environment. Evening/weekend shifts and tech-savvy skills are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisor leadership role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage teams' goals.
• Strong leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
