Job summary

FASHIONPHILE in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Retail Sales Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment. This role is ideal for gaining retail experience, developing customer service skills, and growing within the brand.

You will greet customers, assist them in locating products, answer questions, and help with purchase decisions. You’ll process transactions, restock, and uphold brand standards, with on-camera/media participation

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assisting customers in locating products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies
• Accurately process sales transactions at the register, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Restocking shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays to company standards
• Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
• Participating in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed
• On-Camera & Media Participation Requirement: as part of our retail team, associates may be asked to participate in company photos, videos, or other media used for internal communications, training, social media, marketing, or brand storytelling.

Pay Rate: This position begins at $20.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Newport Beach, CA location + uncapped commission.
