Job summary

Music & Arts in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Retail Store Manager to run day-to-day sales and operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead the Sales team, manage inventory, payroll, and training for store staff, and oversee institutional sales and rental services.

Job description

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonus depending on location, background and experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Requirements:

• 3-5 years retail experience
• Musical experience and interest
