FirstCash, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Store Management Trainee in Weslaco, Texas to learn day-to-day store operations and leadership skills while helping drive sales, loans, and profitability across a diverse merchandise mix including jewelry, electronics, and more.

You will work with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer service, support coaching and training, and participate in inventory management and store presentation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
