Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 18 years of age (WA: 21+).
• Experience supervising others (min 1 year).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong customer focus.
• Cash handling experience and high energy sales.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literate and able to use common office machines.
• Ability to become certified to work with firearms and ATF responsibilities if needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates a customer-centric environment and addresses issues promptly.
• Leads daily operations, talent management, training, and team building.
• Recruits top talent through company channels.
• Opens/closes the store and safeguards assets and cash.
• Manages inventory and loss prevention procedures.
• Monitors loans, merchandising, store presentation, and reporting.
• Partners with HR for progressive discipline per guidelines.
