Requires at least 6 months of store management experience, the ability to handle cash and firearms certification, and a flexible, multi-location work schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months of Store Management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work across multiple locations and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and staff development.
• Monitor asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Recruit and retain top talent; manage customer relations.
• Open/close store and protect assets; ensure merchandising standards.
• Drive profitability by reviewing financial statements and KPIs.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
