Action Pawn in Austin, TX is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills while learning daily store operations and customer service excellence. You’ll work with senior leadership to drive performance across sales, loans, and merchandising.

This role offers competitive hourly pay with commission up to 8% and store bonuses. Flexible hours include typical retail shifts, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
