Job summary

Cash America Pawn is hiring a Retail Store Management Trainee in Texas. The role offers an hourly wage starting between $15.00 and $26.48, with potential commissions on performance and a bonus based on store results.

You will support daily store operations, staff development, and customer relations while promoting a safe, customer-centric environment. Candidates should have at least six months of store management exposure, be able to lift 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule in a retail

Qualifications

• Six months or more of store management experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop store associates to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers and protect assets.
• Monitor inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems to drive profitability.
• Interact with customers to promote products and services.
