Action Pawn is seeking a Retail Store Management Trainee in Round Rock, TX. The role targets individuals with a year of retail leadership experience and offers a base hourly pay of $17.00–$26.48 plus opportunities to earn commissions on transactions.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to develop staff, drive sales, and protect store assets while delivering a high level of customer service. Training focuses on leadership, operations, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and staff development.
• Recruit and retain top talent while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze store finances to meet profitability goals and protect assets.
• Open/close store, manage cash, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
