Job summary

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and staffing.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per policy manuals and promotions.
