Yesway is seeking an on-site Store Level position in Mount Vernon, TX to support store management. You will assist with training, scheduling, guest service, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, certification testing upon employment, and at least one year of supervisory experience in retail or food-service. This role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions to ensure hospitality at all times.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
