AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Appleton, WI to partner with the store manager and oversee daily store operations. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals, support merchandising, product launches, and customer experience initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive results across in-store and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
