Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presenting, selling, staffing and support. You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, manage cash handling, and oversee merchandising, inventory, and safety policies.

You will ensure proper staffing, open/close procedures, and weekly reviews of sales and inventory to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of management experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to read documents and perform basic math.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposits and cashier accountability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
