Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects and retains qualified employees; ensures store is properly staffed.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and counsels as needed.
• Oversees cash handling, cashier accountability and deposits; ensures financial integrity.
• Maintains inventory levels, ordering, stocking, pricing and signage per company standards.
• Ensures store opens/closes reliably and operates in a safe, clean environment.
• Reviews sales, profitability and inventory to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drives customer service leadership and supports store staff in daily operations.
